Environmental Planning (CEQA & NEPA)
Our Planning Division possesses a strong foundation in environmental planning principles and practices. Our team is proficient in performing environmental analyses in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). PCE’s experience includes conducting initial studies, environmental assessments, preparing environmental impact reports (EIRs), and mitigated negative declarations (MNDs), as well as peer reviewing environmental studies and technical documents prepared by other firms, for a variety of project types including residential, mixed-use, commercial, office, industrial, and public facility/improvement projects.
