Scope of Work

The project consists of a 2.2-mile oval track with intersections and traffic signals to simulate roadway applications for autonomous vehicle testing. PCE was responsible for the construction management, design, civil engineering, environmental analysis, and project management associated with the Castle Test Track in Atwater, CA. Construction included the removal of existing facilities and utilities previously used for US Air Force airfields and taxiways and the placement of new privacy fencing and jersey walls.
