Scope of Work

The Veterans Home development is in Southwest Fresno and is approximately 26 acres with 300 rooms. In addition to providing senior living opportunities for Central Valley residents, the Veterans Home includes outdoor open spaces, gardens, recreational facilities, hospice care, a two-story central operations building that houses a cafeteria, an office for physicians and caretakers, and a central plant with a hot and chilled water system. Precision Civil Engineering, Inc. (PCE) prepared grading and drainage plans, and sewer, water, and storm drainage plans for site development. PCE performed project coordination with Architect, sub-consultants, and contractors. The scope of services included bidding assistance, construction staking services, and construction administration for the project.
