PCE offers long-range planning services for the development of plans, policies, and programs to meet the long-term visions of local jurisdictions. We understand the importance of long-range planning in guiding the physical design and development of a community, whether it be transportation corridors, a downtown district, a trail system, park and open space, or the at-large community. PCE staff are prepared to work with agencies to plan and carry out these long-term processes that are rooted in the needs, values, and priorities of the community.
