Scope of Work:
PCE prepared Second Tier Environmental evaluation for the Downtown Inter-Modal master plan. Studies evaluated the impacts of arterial street modifications due to Transit and Light rail improvements. Right-of-way impacts, preliminary environmental screening and order of magnitude construction cost estimates are being generated for each of the proposed alternatives.

PCE prepared traffic signal improvement plans for the intersection of Elm Avenuenue (SR 198) and Cambridge Avenuenue. PCE performed the topographic survey and site investigation. PCE prepared the traffic signal timing sheets and traffic signal specifications.

Scope of Work:
PCE performed topographic and boundary survey for approximately 1.75 miles of street reconstruction. The services includes pavement rehabilitation, bridge analysis, traffic signal modification, traffic control plans, signage and striping plans. PCE also analyzed the TI based on traffic counts, and performed site investigations to determine existing soil conditions.

PCE prepared traffic control, roadway reconstruction and drainage plans for the underpass of Reeves Blvd and Taxiway A. PCE performed the topographic survey and site investigation. PCE performed construction staking, construction management assistance and inspection services.

Scope of Work:
Prepared improvement plans for the construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement, streetlights, median island, striping plan and traffic signal facilities. The street improvements consisted of constructing a bus bay. The project encompassed approximately 2.5 miles of streets. Total project cost: $4.7 million. Scope of work also included installing and relocating existing utilities (sewer, water, storm), including the under-grounding of existing overhead utilities.

Scope of Work:
Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for the construction on a 20 acre subdivision. PCE prepared improvement plans for 3,870 LF of sewer mains, and 3,870 LF of water mains. The scope of work also included design of improvement plans for grading, street, striping and traffic signal modifications. PCE coordinated with City staff, Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District, and Fresno Irrigation District for design and construction of facilities. The scope of work also included design and relocation of an 18" irrigation pipeline along Peach Avenue and coordination with Fresno Irrigation District for design and construction of facilities. PCE also coordinated with contractors and performed construction management and inspection services when requested. PCE also performed the construction staking services for this project.
