PCE’s Planning Team worked diligently with the City of Fresno to strategize and draft a grant submission
for a new pedestrian bridge near the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. With only a few months to plan, communicate,
and draft the proposal, our team successfully helped Fresno with a $600,000 award for the proposed
development. This is a huge accomplishment for PCE as we pride ourselves on being a strong, local advocate for development in the City of Fresno. We could not be more excited to learn about the award
and we look forward to seeing the funding used to accomplish this needed project in our city.
