Scope of Work

Precision Civil Engineering, Inc. (PCE) provided expertise in civil engineering and land surveying services for the Marketplace at El Paseo Phase 2 commercial project. The project consisted of several onsite improvements including coordination with the City of Fresno and the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District to prepare the grading and drainage plan, utility plan, lot line adjustments, the FMFCD drainage report, and the CFD annexation and perpetual maintenance agreement.
