Marketplace at El Paseo (2014-present)

• Precision Civil Engineering, Inc. (PCE) provided expertise in civil engineering and land surveying services for the Marketplace at El Paseo Phase 2 commercial project. The project consisted of several onsite improvements including coordination with the City of Fresno and the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District to prepare the grading and drainage plan, utility plan, lot line adjustments, the FMFCD drainage report, and the CFD annexation and perpetual maintenance agreement.
  

Avenue 12 and Business 41 Reconstruction, Improvements, and Expansion (2016-present)

• As part of the Riverstone Development, approximately 1.5 miles of Avenue 12 along the project’s frontage, was conditioned for widening and reconstruction. PCE provided technical studies and services for the preparation of plans and specifications and cost estimates for the construction work.

Castle Test Track Project | Autonomous Vehicle Test Track (2021-2022)

• The project consists of a 2.2-mile oval track with intersections and traffic signals to simulate roadway applications for autonomous vehicle testing. PCE was responsible for the construction management, design, civil engineering, environmental analysis, and project management associated with the Castle Test Track in Atwater, CA. Construction included the removal of existing facilities and utilities previously used for US Air Force airfields and taxiways and the placement of new privacy fencing and jersey walls.
